What This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you visit our website, contact us, request quotes, purchase parts or services, or otherwise interact with IWT.

- Identifiers & Contact Details: name, company, role, shipping/billing addresses, email, phone.
- Commercial & Order Data: quotes, purchase history, invoices, service tickets, RMA/returns.
- Payment Information: last four digits, transaction IDs, and status via our payment processors (we do not store full card numbers).
- Technical Data: IP address, device/type, browser, pages viewed, referring URLs, time on site, cookies, and similar technologies (see “Cookies & Analytics”).
- Communications: emails, forms, service notes, and call summaries.
- Job-Site & Service Data (B2B services): site contacts, access and safety requirements, photos/notes necessary to perform work.
- Optional: marketing preferences, newsletter sign-ups.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (restricted access, encryption in transit and at rest where feasible, least-privilege, logging). No system is 100% secure.
Your Privacy Rights
United States
Depending on your state law and business thresholds, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or receive a copy of certain personal information, and to opt out of certain processing, including targeted advertising, sales, or profiling. If we deny your request, you may appeal within 45 days by emailing info@iwoodtech.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject. We will respond to appeals within the timeframe required by law and include how to contact your state Attorney General if you remain unsatisfied (e.g., Virginia).
California (CPRA)
- We disclose whether we sell or share personal information and provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism.
- We disclose whether we use or disclose sensitive personal information and provide a right to limit such use where applicable.
- We describe our verification process and how authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf.
Canada (PIPEDA & provincial laws)
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (subject to legal limits). We rely on appropriate lawful bases such as consent and legitimate interests for business operations. For commercial electronic messages, we obtain express or implied consent and include an unsubscribe link in every message (CASL).
Mexico (LFPDPPP)
You may exercise ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Objection). We will respond to ARCO requests within 20 business days and implement granted requests within an additional 15 business days, as required by Mexican law.
How to exercise your rights
Email info@iwoodtech.com with “Privacy Request,” your country/state of residence, the right you wish to exercise, and sufficient details to verify your identity (we may request additional information solely to verify and protect your account). Authorized agents should include proof of authority and the consumer’s signed permission.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child provided information, contact us to delete it.
Do Not Track
Because there is no uniform industry standard, our site does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals. We honor legally required opt-out preference signals for “sale/share” where applicable.
